The Foundation (2010-2018)
Student → Intern → Development Engineer
I began studying Computer Science at Ton Duc Thang University in 2010 and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree. During this time, I worked as a tutor for middle and high school students to pay my tuition.
I joined TMA Solutions as a Frontend Intern in 2016, where I converted static designs into interactive web pages using Vanilla JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
After passing probation, I joined a Stock Trade Management WebApp project as the sole Frontend Development Engineer on a team of 5–7 members, working with a client from Australia. Through this project, I gained hands-on experience with React (component-based architecture), Redux, real-world application development, version control using Git, and Agile methodologies.
During this period, I learned how to work effectively as part of a team while still early in my career. We worked hard and played hard together. When the project ended in the last quarter of 2018, some team members moved on to another project using Angular, while others left. I chose to leave because I did not yet feel proficient enough with React and wanted to deepen my knowledge.
The Evolution (2018-2023)
Intermediate → Senior → Principal Development Engineer
I joined Titan Technology as an Intermediate Development Engineer in late 2018. The project involved developing a microservices-based Audit Management WebApp, using React for the frontend and .NET for backend services.
During this time, I learned a ton of things, including:
- Advanced my FE skills with React
- Conducted code reviews and enforced best practices
- Gained deep understanding of Backend & Database operations
- Learned Architecture & System Design principles
- Worked with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and Azure Portal
- Led a team that grew from 3 to 20+ members (within a project of ~700)
- Communicated directly with clients (in English)
- Collaborated with global teams: Ukraine, the Netherlands, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.
- Participated in hiring and interviewing processes
- Mentored & trained interns & junior developers
AI Exploration (2024+)
R&D → Project Lead
The journey became even more interesting in 2024. As AI technologies matured and practical applications emerged, I joined Titan's R&D team to explore how we could leverage AI to enhance our products and services.
This phase has been all about experimentation, learning, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI. As a result, I led the integration of AI & ML into three key projects:
- 1. Audit WebApp Integration: Integrated AI-powered features into the import workflow using Azure AI inference.
- 2. AI Chatbot Platform: Built a web app from scratch featuring RAG and Fine-tuning capabilities using open-source LLMs.
- 3. Synthetic Data Generator: Developed an application applying PATE-GAN for data augmentation and synthetic data creation.
Currently, I serve as the Project Lead for the chatbot project (Project #2), continuously improving it with new techniques. I am thoroughly enjoying the challenge of mastering AI/ML as I venture deeper into this field.

After failing to learn many times in the past, I've officially registered for learning how to play piano.
If I count correctly, I have already learned for169days!
I also dream of being a perfect dad in my child's eyes who is able to spend time travelling, learning, and playing sports with them on weekends.
TECHNICAL ARCHITECT
I want to end this journey by sharing my aspiration to become a Technical Architect. So that one day, I can use my expertise to build secure and meaningful solutions that help people around me resolve any problem, even the tiniest one.
